At Way of Peace Boutique, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Items must be in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items worn or altered after delivery.
- Intimate or personal care items.
- Items purchased during final sale promotions.
- Custom or personalized items.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer support team at support@wopwears.com with your order number.
- Receive a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Ship the item back in its original packaging.
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, please contact us to arrange an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), we will cover return shipping.
